Dow's 150-point drop led by losses in shares of Goldman Sachs, Travelers

Dragged down by negative returns for shares of Goldman Sachs and Travelers, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is falling Tuesday morning. The Dow was most recently trading 158 points (0.5%) lower, as shares of Goldman Sachs and Travelers have contributed to the index’s intraday decline. Goldman Sachs’s shares are off $14.53 (3.9%) while those of Travelers are off $7.42 (3.8%), combining for a roughly 145-point drag on the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the decline include JPMorgan Chase Dow and Salesforce A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the Dow results in a 6.59-point swing.
