Ed Yardeni, president at Yardeni Research, says the US economy is “faring remarkably well” amidst widespread predictions for a downturn. “A lot of forecasters were anticipating an economy-wide recession by now. They were expecting that earnings would tank in the second-quarter. Earnings season has gone fairly well,” he says on “Bloomberg Surveillance.”
