Saputo said Monday that its chief operating officer, Frank Guido, has stepped down from the role, effective immediately. The Canadian dairy company said Guido’s departure is for personal reasons. Chief Executive Carl Colizza will take on the COO responsibilities in the interim, Saputo said.
